What are the payment options available?
Following payment options are supported by us:
- Cash On Delivery (within service location)
- Credit card
- Debit Card
- Net banking
- Funds Transfer
- Cheque
We provide option of CCAvenue payment gateway which process all credit/debit card and net banking transactions over secure encrypted connection.
Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?
Yes, www.apparelindia.com offers option to pay cash on delivery of products to all major Indian cities. COD is available for orders above Rs. 1500 and below Rs. 5000
Here are steps to place order using COD option:
- Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment method while placing the order. If your Ship To Pin Code is within the service area then you will be able to proceed with COD as a payment option else you will have to use other payment methods
- Please ensure that you are available on the phone number provided in your billing address as we will call you on that number for order verification.
- Once your order is verified, your order will be placed and an email will be sent to you.
- Another email will be sent with the shipping details when the consignment is dispatched.
- On receiving your consignment, pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person. Please have requisite cash and change ready to make the payment.
Note that the delivery person will not allow the packet to be opened before delivery and payment. You must ensure that the packet you are receiving is sealed and not tampered with. If any concerns, then please call us immediately on +91-9958-991405 and do not take delivery.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from www.apparelindia.com. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address, password
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
- You have the relevant security passwords required by your bank for online payments
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 72 hrs. Please call customer care on +91-9958-991405 or email us on customercare@apparelindia.com for any clarifications.
Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you may call customer care on +91-9958-991405 or email us on customercare@apparelindia.com. As long as your order processing has not started, we will make very attempt to cancel the order and issue store credit.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with customer care on +91-9958-991405 or email us on customercare@apparelindia.com
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by following steps:
- Log on to your account by signing in.
- Click on 'my account' on top right of website header.
- Click on 'my order history' under the Shopping section and click on the order number
How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider name.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from www.apparelindia.com once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
